Prof. Youngcheol (Young) Kang is an associate professor in the department of architecture and architectural engineering at Yonsei University. Prof. Kang's primary research interests include project performance measure and benchmarking, IT implementation, productivity, construction safety, integrated project delivery, and other managerial issues in the construction industry. He received his Ph.D. in construction engineering and project management (CEPM) at the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Before he joined Yonsei University, he taught at University of Seoul in Korea and Florida International University in the US. He is a professional engineer licenced in Texas, US.
