Prof. Youngcheol (Young) Kang is a professor in the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering at Yonsei University. Prof. Kang's primary research interests include project performance measurement and benchmarking, IT implementation, productivity, construction safety, integrated project delivery, and other managerial issues in the construction industry. He received his Ph.D. in construction engineering and project management (CEPM) from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Before joining Yonsei University, he taught at the University of Seoul in Korea and at Florida International University in the US. He is a professional engineer licensed in Texas, US.
