The ICM Lab has been awarded the R&D project titled “Development of Technology for Plant Construction Management Based on Digital Transformation Technology” funded by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT). The ICM lab. will develop processes and guidelines for the implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), and validate its productivity improvement effects through application in actual construction projects.
